Why with horses?
Horses are big and powerful, they represent a challenge that generates self-empowerment.
Horses require us to be fully present, they teach us to work centered on body, mind and intention.
Horses are prey animals and humans are predators, so winning their trust represents a challenge of communication, conflict resolution and creativity.
Horses are social animals; they have roles, rules, different personalities, temperament and humor, therefore, they are great facilitators to work leadership skills in a striking way.
It provides the opportunity to break the routine and challenge our comfort zone.

General considerations
Horses are not ridden.
Previous experience interacting with horses is not required.
Horses are carefully selected based on their temperament and affinity to interact with humans.
Ideal attire: comfortable clothes, closed and comfortable footwear.

Building High Performing Teams:

This workshop provides teams with an experience, based on a robust theoretical framework, where exercises with horses become the means for the construction of a high performing team.
